The “Farmers Investment Club” are a legendary angel group of twenty prominent professors, administrators, alumni and affiliates of Stanford University. The Club’s name is a reference to the university’s nickname, “the farm”, which goes back to its founding on the land of Leland and Jane Stanford’s Palo Alto stock farm.
At YouSolar, we are building solar nano-grids for affluent customers in Napa Valley, Big Sur and Key West. Those are significant projects and prove that we can deliver solutions that work. But we have much loftier goals. We want to transform the lives of millions of people.
