Pradnya has been a business operations leader in the technology (IBM and Salesforce) and healthcare industry with proven excellence in operational efficiency, leading strategic initiatives and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, including executive communication.

She brings her extensive sales, marketing, operations, and consulting background in enterprise and startup environments to this role.

She has been recognized with ten performance awards for leadership, outstanding contribution, and service, including being the #1 contributor in North America at Salesforce and receiving a Startup Leader of the Year Award.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee, WA.

When Pradnya isn’t busy building operations, she enjoys wilderness canoeing, exploring human consciousness and potential, and living a sustainable lifestyle.
