YouSolar has established a strong presence in independent power, collaborating with forward-thinking architectural firms, builders, and electricians in Northern California. We seek a Sales Director who can take us to the next level. This role is not just about generating leads and driving sales but also about strategically building a referral partner network in key areas of California and other states, a crucial aspect of our growth strategy.

The Sales Director will be a key member of the executive team. Independent power is new. Our Sales Director will create and shape an industry.

Our Sales Director will visit stunning properties in picturesque settings, from serene vineyards 
to dramatic cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Solutions for these high-end homes will be unique, and selling a PowerBloc to these customers will require creativity and confidence. Our Sales Director must get into doors, sell a new way of life and vision of a better future, and use the features of the PowerBloc to solve our customers’ power needs.
