Every battery system today promises a “plug-and-play” installation. But only YouSolar delivers it with a radical commitment to click-n-lock connectors and our new BLOC-LINK™ backplane.

All PowerBloc modules share the same backplane connector, which connects them with the shelves in the back of the cabinet. The receptacle on the back shelf connects to the “busbar” (basically two parallel copper rods) for power and a daisy-chained communications ribbon for data.

The BLOC-LINK™ backplane connector works with alignment rails on the side of the shelves and the floating back shelf. It results in a reliable, fast, and secure connection.

Inserting or removing any of the six PowerBloc modules takes less than a minute. Connections at the front of the modules use tool-free click-n-lock connectors.

All modules are automatically recognized by the TRAFFIC™ controller and ready to go into service. There are no settings, manuals, hassles, or errors.
