We are, therefore, excited that our most recent PowerBloc sale is to a Napa Valley vineyard. This sale not only adds to our order book but also serves as a showpiece while we are discussing a sale of hundreds of PowerBlocs to a retail chain.

The Napa Valley PowerBloc will power a newly built caretaker house and a new barn for storing agricultural equipment, including an electric tractor – a sign that even agriculture is going all-electric! The PowerBloc will also prove that it can do hard work by powering four well pumps.

The PowerBloc’s 110 kWh of energy storage in combination with a 37 kW solar array will provide resilience and almost complete independence from the utility grid to the caretaker house and barn. The PowerBloc will act as the primary power supply to these buildings, not just as the backup.
