Wow, what a start! We have raised over $100,000 since launching YouSolar’s third StartEngine campaign on Monday.

Thank you for your trust and for helping us accelerate the clean energy transition. Our world faces an enormous challenge with climate change, but every challenge is an opportunity to rethink and reinvent. And we are reinventing power.

Here is what we have accomplished in our mission to deliver clean, reliable power to the world:

• In 2019 we built the first-generation PowerBloc at an off-grid home in Big Sur. The PowerBloc has now powered this home reliably for nearly four years.
• In 2020 our StartEngine campaign raised over USD 1 million in 90 days, making us one of the year’s most successful campaigns.
• Subsequently, a clean tech investor and others invested USD 4 million into YouSolar. With this funding, we developed the second-generation PowerBloc.
• The PowerBloc runs on the emerging 380 Volt DC standard, which is more efficient and uses 60 x less copper than competitors’ 50 Volt systems.

• Our patented power architecture provides unprecedented power control.
• We used the $1.4 million raised in our second StartEngine campaign to perfect the PowerBloc and grow sales.
• So far, we have installed eight PowerBlocs for total revenue of $300,000.
• Our five recent orders total more than $897,000 (after tax).
• We are establishing partnerships with builders and architects in Northern California.
• Our goal for the next 12 months is establishing YouSolar as the premier independent power solution in the high-end residential segment.
