Appointing a new director or officer constitutes a Material Change in Offering under the SEC’s crowdfunding regulations. This requires reconfirmation of recent investments.

Rupert joined YouSolar as our Head of Strategy last fall. He now also assumes the role of CFO and manages investor relations and our access to working capital and inventory financing. As YouSolar transitions to a growth company, Rupert’s leadership as CFO will be critical.
